  • Continental US addresses: 4–7 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 10–14 business days from the date of shipment.

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses: 10–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please email us at contact@jocisland.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please send your authorized return to the address provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email you received. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
